TWO DAYS AFTER WEDDING, COUPLE LOSES HOUSE TO LIGHTNING
A new couple from Cherota village in Kaiyo sub-county in Elegeyo-marakwat County are currently counting their loss as their only house was destroyed by lightning just two days after their wedding.
Mujeng Arap Cherona, a leader in the community said the new couple were not hurt by the lightning because they were away on honeymoon
The couple lost everything they have in the house including all their wedding gift that is yet to be opened.
The new wife, JudithJepkorir confessed that the whole thing really affected her and is making her depressed.She said she didn’t believe it when she heard the news.
Some people are already suggesting a cleansing ritual for the new couple to wash away every bad luck.
