“We are going home for New Year”- Soldiers flee from Boko Haram (video)
Nigerian soldiers deployed to combat Boko-Haram in Baga have reportedly fled the warfront to celebrate the New Year.
A Video from Baga allegedly says that the soldiers said they would return to fight when the Nigerian Army is ready to provide them with weapons, but for now, they are not ready to fight Boko Haram.
The soldier confirmed that many of their colleagues have been killed.
