3. Make some research on how people of the past in your position have dealt with such situations and plan out your strategies that would bring out the best in your work.
4. Make sure you open up to your teammates for them to understand your abilities and shortcoming. This helps because it makes it easy for them to apportion your best field of work to you, thereby bringing out the best in you.
5. Advise your team to undertake division of labour so as to allow you to finish up tasks quickly and efficiently.
6. Always show positivity or a positive mindset towards any task or assignment given to you at your workplace. Remember grumbling and morning won’t solve anything, it’ll only make you lackadaisical.
7. Request for a tested and trusted method that has always worked for those of others before you. Ask for the game plan.
8. Every day is a new day and a new opportunity to begin again.
