Young father gives his baby weed to smoke (Video)

A video that was released on the internet of a young father who places weed (Igbo) in the lips of his baby, for the toddler to take puffs of the hard drug.

Even the sound of a woman who is perceived to be the mother of the child is heard in the background of the video.

The video released backlash by the members of the public and the father is under investigation as he is searched for by the Nigerian Police.
