A Los Angeles court has ordered Denise Richards, an OnlyFans personality to pay her estranged husband Aaron Phypers temporary spousal support amid their bitter divorce battle already shadowed by allegations of domestic violence, financial accusations, and disputes over her OnlyFans earnings.
Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that on Wednesday, February 25, a judge ruled Richards must pay Phypers $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support, with payments due on the fifth of each month starting March 5 and continuing until further court order.
In addition, Richards was directed to cover $25,000 in Phypers' attorney's fees plus another $5,000 potentially for a forensic accountant, totaling $30,000 to be paid in three installments of $10,000 at the end of March, April, and May.
The decision follows Phypers' October 2025 request for support, with both parties testifying under oath before the judge.
Phypers has argued that temporary support should focus on need and ability to pay, not fault, insisting his lack of income and legal troubles warrant immediate financial relief from Richards, while she has pushed back against his claims, including demands for half her OnlyFans income, which he says he helped produce.
