In the latest wave of documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates finds himself in the spotlight again, but this time he's pushing back hard.

The US Department of Justice dropped over three million pages, images, and videos on January 30, 2026, reigniting talk about Epstein's connections to powerful people.
Among them are 2013 emails Epstein sent to himself, making wild claims about Gates. The draft emails allege Gates had extramarital encounters leading to a sexually transmitted disease and even asked for medicine to handle it secretly.
Gates has long regretted any association with Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died in jail in 2019.
In a statement to the Daily Mail and others, a spokesperson for Gates said: 'These claims are absolutely absurd and completely false. The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein's frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame.'

The release also includes new undated photos of Gates and Epstein together in different settings, adding fuel to old questions about their past meetings.
Gates has always denied any wrongdoing or deeper involvement, stressing he cut ties years ago.
