Popular TikTok stars Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly called Jarvis, shut down Lagos on Saturday as they celebrated their white wedding in the presence of celebrities, musicians, socialites, business moguls and some of Nigeria's biggest digital creators.
The lavish ceremony trended across social media under the hashtag #JP2026, following the couple's court wedding on July 29 after they completed their traditional marriage rites earlier in Benin City, Edo State.
The event capped a marriage journey that began when Peller proposed to Jarvis in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana before completing their traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, where he paid her bride price.
The couple legalised their union with a court wedding in Lagos on July 29.
The biggest talking point of the day came when businessman King Ochacho, whose real name is Mohamed Adah, surprised the newlyweds with a mansion.
Addressing the couple, he said, "On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller."
He explained his generosity was inspired by his own children. "I and my family left everything we were doing in Abuja to come for Peller, because Peller is an inspiration to them Ice King generation," he said.
American entrepreneur and TikTok live gifter Gregory Pizarro Jr. reportedly travelled to Lagos for the event and presented Peller with a $20,000 gift, while socialite Cubana Chief Priest reportedly gifted the couple ₦10 million towards their wedding celebration.
Ahead of the event, Jarvis had made her expectations of guests clear.
"If you're coming for my wedding, don't come empty-handed. Bring gifts for both Peller and myself. Don't come and spray us naira, spray us US dollars. And if it's naira, ₦500 should be the lowest denomination," she said, also indicating a preference for electronics over items such as televisions, microwaves, refrigerators and plastic buckets.
Socialite Pretty Mike delivered one of the day's most talked-about moments, arriving with about 20 people dressed as doctors and nurses, wearing laboratory coats, face masks and carrying intravenous drips.
Notable guests included Cubana Chief Priest, Pretty Mike, King Ochacho, Daddy Freeze, Soso Soberekon and Sam Larry. Several Nollywood stars also attended, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Moyo Lawal, Jigan Baba Oja and Foluke Daramola, while music stars present included Juma Jux, Sule Alao Malaika, Seun Kuti, Zinoleesky, Berri Tiga and Silly Music.
Other attendees included Tunde Perry, Habby Forex, Tee Dollar and celebrity couple Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, who reportedly purchased the premium ₦700,000 Aso-Ebi package, as well as Cute Abiola, who had earlier explained his loyalty to the groom.
The celebration was not confined to the physical venue with more than 50,000 virtual guests joined the livestream of the wedding, as fans from around the world gathered online to witness one of the top influencer weddings of the year.
Combined, YouTube and Twitch recorded more than 50,000 viewers watching the ceremony live.
For the traditional segment of their celebrations, the couple leaned into Edo culture with their outfits.
Peller was dressed in a deep burgundy velvet ceremonial robe finished with gold embroidery and coral bead trimming along the lapels, worn over a crisp white traditional tunic and trousers, with a matching velvet cap trimmed with coral beads, layered coral necklaces, coral wrist cuffs, and a carved black staff.
Jarvis complemented him in a breathtaking Edo bridal ensemble.
At their earlier civil wedding, the pair had opted for coordinated ivory looks. Peller wore a timeless single-breasted off-white suit with structured shoulders and classic notch lapels, paired with a light blue dress shirt, a teal-and-blue patterned tie secured with a silver tie bar, and dark blue leather dress shoes.
Jarvis wore an off-white textured tweed mini dress by Prudential, featuring a square neckline with delicate blue floral line embroidery, layered beneath a matching cropped bolero jacket, and completed the look with a white fascinator behind a sleek low bun, drop earrings, embellished white pointed-toe pumps, and a bouquet of baby's breath.
