Georgina Onuoha, beloved Nollywood actress and someone who’s been vocal in supporting embattled May Yul-Edochie, enstranged wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, is waving a big red flag. In an open letter to the May Nation, she thanked everyone for their genuine love, but also called out malicious individuals who have slipped into the group and are using its name to send threats, harass people, and even target families and children.

Georgina revealed that someone close to her recently got a vile message threatening her children, all signed off in the name of 'May Nation'. And she’s making it crystal clear: that is NOT what May Nation stands for, and it definitely isn’t who May is.
'May is not a violent person,' Georgina wrote. 'She does not threaten. She does not harass. She does not go after people’s families. She does not engage in cruelty.' Instead, May has stayed quiet, classy, and focused on healing and raising her kids with dignity. Even when provoked, tagged in negative posts, dragged into messy arguments, she’s chosen peace every single time.
Georgina’s plea is simple but powerful: if you really love May, act like her. Mirror her kindness, her restraint, her grace. 'If you love her, mirror her heart,' she said. She reminded everyone that May Nation doesn’t have a headquarters or official leaders. it’s just regular people united by love and justice. So when someone hides behind the group’s name to spread hate, they’re not helping May; they’re actually playing into the hands of those who want to see her dragged into chaos.
She even apologized on behalf of the group to anyone who’s been hurt by these fake supporters. 'To anyone harmed by actions falsely done in May’s name, I extend my personal apology,' she wrote.
May has been glowing lately quietly building her brand, spending quality time with her kids, and just living her best life despite everything. The last thing she needs is for her supporters to give anyone an excuse to paint her in a negative light.
