A four-year-old Nigerian girl, Favour Lawal was born without an anus. The little girl passes out her excreta through her stomach.

According to reports, the girl is being taken care of by her 7-year-old brother as her mother is late and their father, Mr. Abimbola Lawal who is an iron bender is always at work.

Reports also claim that her elder brother has been deprived of his education as he is always around to take care of her. Her father has also had to leave work several times due to her persistent stooling.
