The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Peter Ayodele Fayose has reacted on the statement issued by the Federal Government of Nigeria to clamp down on blogs, online newspapers, social media, websites and internet users.
According to 2019 presidential aspirant under People Democratic Party(PDP), the Federal Government should clarify the reported move to clamp down on online media.
“The FG must clarify the reported move to clamp down on online newspapers, social media & internet users. Democracy is about press freedom.”
