Kidnappers storm family house, kidnap 20-year-old final year student
A 20-year-old final year Accounting student of Federal University Dutsinma (FUDMA), Nana Firdausi Ahmad, has been kidnapped.
According to report, the abductors stormed her father’s residence located at Bayan Makarantar Mata, Hayin Gada in Dutsinma town, Katsina state and kidnapped Nana and her aged mother, Baraka.
The operation took place on Sunday at about 3am. Her mother was later abandoned on the outskirts of town while Nana was taken away.
However, negotiation of her release is still ongoing according to a member of the family.
“Already, they have demanded for N10million which has been beaten down to N2million and still negotiation is ongoing” the family member was quoted to have said.
