A road that was newly commissioned in Kano State has cracked open, leaving a vehicle stuck in it just a few months after construction.

The road located at Kofar Ruwa community in Kano State was commissioned by the Kano State Governor, Umar Ganduje, with other dignitaries just a few months back.

The driver of the car which got stuck in the cracked road in the early hours of today had to run away from the scene abandoning his car on the road.

The road is now in a very bad state and cannot in anyway be compared to a newly constructed road.
