Here are some of the secret means of increasing the body’s blood level the Nigerian way:

  1. Ugu (Pumpkin) leaves: some major parts of Nigeria believe that the pumpkin leave contains the nutrient that can help increase a person’s blood level.

This secret medicine is prepared thus:

  • Get some pumpkin leaves
  • Squeeze out liquid from it
  • Pour the juice gotten into a cup and add your evaporated milk.
