Barrister Faith Adesua has admonished the youth to be determined in their quest for success at the JCMC Youth conference tagged Youth: pioneer your way to the top, held on the 19th of December 2017 at the Faith Family Bible Church.

Dailyfamily.ng reports that Barr. Faith Adesua, the main speaker at the conference, explained pioneering to the youth in attendance to be a stir, push, and drive, and so on. She also shared her personal experiences in her academic pursuit and career.
She spoke extensively about the importance of putting God first, she said:
“Seek God, never forget the God-factor, there is no way you can get to the Top without God.”
She added: “Success to the world means cars, houses, travelling and so on but Christians’ definition of success means all-round success, your first base is God.”

Barr Adesua stressed the need for the youth to be determined, she said: “You need to have a purposeful determination and the right focus which means positive persevering obstacles towards a goal. Don’t be distracted by what is going on around you, be determined to make it.”
She also told the youth and teenagers to have ‘a book of dreams’ which is a jotter where they write down all the things they wish to achieve in their academics, career and even marriage.
She said: “You need to have something in mind that you want, A commitment to pursuit to move in the right direction while focusing on Jesus.”
Barr Adesua gave the youth what they need to achieve academic and career excellence, she said: “Identify your passion, follow your passion with all your heart, set your priorities right, develop a reading culture, be passionate about excellence, never look back, you need to drive yourself, be humble-remember your roots, diligent, strategic, and focus on yourself to succeed in life.”

Barr Adesua, while concluding told the youth to start preparing for marriage even as they are still young, she said: “identify the qualities you want in your spouse.”
