Coutinho to Get Champions League Medal Despite Barcelona’s Elimination
A champions league medal might be on the way for Philippe Coutinho even after Barcelona’s elimination from the competition.
With the reds progressing after a convincing win at Etihad, it looks like Klopp will be sending down a Champions League medal to Coutinho, should Liverpool win the prestigious competition
The Brazilian, who joined Barcelona in January for £145million, stands a chance of getting a winner’s medal should Klopp eventually lift the trophy.
Coutinho played in five of Liverpool’s six group games so he has contributed to his former side’s progression to the knockout stages.
