The chairman of Okitipupa LGA, Alaka has taken the baby delivered by a mentally challenged woman to a hospital.
According to reports, the baby has obtained a certificate of birth at Okitipupa local govt council. The baby has also been named Morenike Betty Akeredolu.
The mentally challenged woman gave birth to the baby in July without Medicare.
